Project Description
An afternoon dedicated to the discovery of the wines of the West. Come discover the West of Portugal in a Jeep Tour and take the opportunity to taste and discover the true charms of wine. Jeep ride through the countryside and vineyards of the West region, passing by Quinta de Santana, where we will make a stop of about 1h30, to visit and taste wines and then return to the hotel!
The Farm
This romantic Quinta, located next to Tapada de Mafra (former hunting reserve of the Portuguese monarchs), dates back to 1633. Since then, it has passed through the hands of many owners of the most diverse origins, but all of them with something in common: a fascination for this farmhouse inserted between hills in the fertile hill country, where many of the goods that fed the population of Lisbon were grown. The beauty of the Quinta is due to the legacy left by its many owners. Visit the vineyards, winery, barrel room, 17th century chapel, and store, and taste a selection of 5 wines, white & red, accompanied by seasoned olives, regional cheeses, and toast.

- 15h00: Concentration at the Hotel Dolce Campo Real
- 15h15: Distribution of people by Jeeps and beginning of the tour
- 16h00: Stop at Quinta de Sant’ana for visit and wine tasting
- 17h30: Departure from Quinta de Sant’ana
- 18h00: Arrival at Hotel Dolce Campo Real
